Yoshinobu Tsukada
We met Yoshinobu Tsukada at the British Open and thought he’d be an ideal candidate for Shaft Skinz because of the head covers he has sticking out of the top of his bag (a boxing glove and a Shamrock covered putter cover) not to mention the bright green and pink grips he has on all his clubs.
Here Yoshinobu takes a look at his new and improved Ping utility wood with its fresh, new red Snake Skin.
I don’t think we need to tell you how he feels about the new appearance of his shaft — the look on his face pretty much says it all.
He seems to be a man of few words — or at least few words in English (which is fine because we don’t speak any Japanese). However, when he said “looks good”, we were fairly sure there was nothing lost in translation.

We’re not totally convinced that the pink and red combination work particularly well but you’d have to agree, it’s pretty hard to miss!
